Terms of Service — Tradie Tech

1. Who we are

Tradie Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 47 110 992 088), based in Newcastle, NSW, provides a managed back office and online-presence service for trade businesses. "We", "us" and "Tradie Tech" mean that company; "you" means the business that engages us.

2. The service

We configure and operate software and services on your behalf — an AI receptionist, job and quote workflows, invoicing integrations, and your website and online presence. The exact scope is agreed with you before we start and recorded in your service agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about your business, pricing, and service area.
Hold the licences and registrations your trade requires — we don't verify them.
Use the platform lawfully and not to send unsolicited bulk messages.

4. Fees

Fees are quoted to your business and set out in your service agreement. There are no annual lock-in contracts; you can leave with notice and take an export of your data in a format Xero will accept.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to re-supplying the affected service or refunding the fees paid for it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified to your registered contact before they take effect.
