Data Handling

1. Tenant isolation

Every business we work with is a separate tenant. Operational data is scoped to the tenant that owns it and is never visible to, or mixed with, another tenant's data.

2. AI and your data

Your customers' conversations and records are used only to run your service. They are not used to train models shared with other tenants.

3. Integrations

• Xero — two-way sync of invoices and contacts, with your authorisation.
• Google — calendar and business-profile management, with your authorisation.
• You can revoke any integration at any time.

4. Export and portability

You can request an export of your data at any time, in a format Xero will accept. If you leave, you take your data with you — there is no lock-in.

5. Backups and retention

We take regular encrypted backups. When you ask us to delete data, we remove it from active systems promptly and from backups on their normal rotation, except where the law requires us to retain it.
